Leadership Development and Coaching

This process is a combination of a leadership assessment, group learning related to specific leadership
competencies, along with one on one coaching.

Group learning covers, but is not restricted to the following areas:

Self Awareness Stress tolerance, Interpersonal intelligence, Resilience

Change Management

People and performance issues often result from a misalignment between business and people strategies.  RCA interventions are uniquely designed to anticipate, prevent misalignment and remedy misaligned as it occurs in organization.

Intended to equip organisations to more effectively understand and managing change, RCA will focus on the business sector in which managing the change will
be most effective, along with supporting HR and leadership.

Diversity Management

The process orientated intervention is located within a social justice paradigm and focusses on providing the skills to engage the diversity issues related to race, gender and disability in contemporary South African Society. 

Delivered in a sensitive, non - judgemental, humane and respectful manner, these interventions raise and address the issues related to blackness/whiteness, womanhood/manhood and ability/disability that are denied and avoided.

 Conflict Resolution : Untangling Difficult Dialogue

We most often prevent ourselves from confronting the things which will make the biggest differences in our lives for fear of the responses when we have them or for fear of how we may respond.  This one and half day programme provides the personal insight and the skill to address these sensitive issues and to diffuse conflict.

 Retrenchment : Crisis or Opportunity

This positive and dynamic capacity building workshop empowers individuals on how to best manage the retrenchment process and to take charge of their own future.

 Building Teams

This one or two day intervention is directed at developing cohesive teams and directed teams.  The nature of the intervention is customised depending on the developmental stage of the team and the context in which it operates within the organisation.

The approach to team is firmly located within the positive psychology paradigm and will address issues of relating, developing team purpose, getting to know team members strengths and utilizing it for the team benefit, effective communication along with whatever additional areas have been identified.
